2. Eligibility
You must be 18 years or older to use samekind. By signing up, you confirm that all information you provide is accurate.
3. How It Works
You sign up and complete a short questionnaire. We match you with others and invite you to a venue.You confirm attendance and make a payment to secure your spot.
4. Payments & Refunds
Payment details will be provided at checkout. Payments are non-refundable, except in cases where we cancel an event. All payments are processed securely through third-party providers (e.g., Stripe).
5. User Responsibilities
By using samekind, you agree to:
✅ Respect other users and the venues we work with.
✅ Show up if you confirm attendance.
✅ Use the platform in good faith—no harassment, discrimination, or inappropriate behaviour.
We reserve the right to suspend or ban users who violate these terms.
6. Privacy & Data Usage
Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect and use your data. By using the app, you consent to our data practices.
7. Liability & Disclaimers
We facilitate connections but are not responsible for the behaviour of other users. Meetups take place in public venues, and you attend at your own risk. We are not liable for any personal injury, loss, or damage that may occur during or as a result of a meetup.
8. Cancellations & Changes
We may need to cancel or reschedule meetups due to unforeseen circumstances. If this happens, we’ll notify you as soon as possible.
9. Changes to These Terms
